99 per cent of the Counselling Service\'s users feel that the service takes their problems seriously. 54 per cent of users concluded that counselling had helped them, whereas 36 per cent thought that counselling had helped them somewhat. Ten per cent were not sure whether counselling had made any difference. The service typically provides information and assistance on how to approach Lånekassen (The State Educational Fund) in cases of illness, as well as talking students through their emotional difficulties.
