Become Our New International Journalist!

Oslo's own student newspaper Universitas is looking for aspiring journalists to join its international section! One of the largest student magazines in Europe by circulation, and the largest in Norway, our platform offers an exciting opportunity for trying out your hand in journalistic expression. During our nearly 80 years in publication, we have jump-started many careers in journalism, from photographers to writers and investigative journalists.

As a journalist for our English section, you will write for all the international students in Norway as well as the curious ones abroad. From the peculiarities of studying in Norway and useful tips for the newly arrived, to culture, nature, sports, and cuisine — there is no limit to what you can explore.

We encourage all those interested in writing and the English language to join our team. Experience in journalism and proof of previous writing is beneficial but not a strict requirement. What you really need is curiosity!
