Burglaries at the Psychology Institute

Three burglaries in one week. That is the reality at the Psychology Institute. The thieves managed to get away with lecture equipment worth several hundred thousand Norwegian Crowns, among other things video- and overhead projectors. Apparently the alarm system was not connected to the security guard due to delays with the installation. Even though the Institute was aware of this, it was not an alternative to postpone the change of offices. Kari Voll at the Psychology Institute says: «We could not move during the beginning of the semester, so if we were going to reschedule we would have had to wait another month, which would have delayed the rebuilding of our former offices». Nevertheless, Voll assures that they adjust the teaching as best as they can.
