Legal Changes in the Offing?

Student associations all over the country, including SiO, may be facing a future with competition from other organizations and businesses, in connection with the impending revision of the Law for Universities and Higher Education. SiO director Lisbeth Dyrberg thinks it probable that a change in student association status will take place in the course of this year. The Conservative Party\'s election programme specifically states that the student associations\' special status should be revoked in order to open for alternative offers.
