Supervisors to Be Tutored

The University admits that student supervision is in need of improving, and will offer supervisors training in supervision. The project is the result of an analysis produced by Prosjektforum in the autumn term of 2001 which concluded that most student supervisors miss guidelines for and training in supervision, as well as a better network among supervisors. The University has allocated 1.35 million kroner to the project, and is paying the leader skills development company Aspire to design courses.
